Is your product easy to assemble?
Yes, our wire shelving requires no tools for assembly. You can see the instruction inside of the product.
Can I add caster to my purchased wire shelving unit?
Yes, you can easily be installed to your shelving unit depends on the model. You can purchase our caster in our website.
Can I add another shelf into my wire shelving?
Yes, you can add as many as shelves you want. We do have individual shelves available at our website to purchase.
What are the black rings between each shelf in the packaging? Are they a part of the shelf?
No, the black rings are to put the shelf together during transit, they are made to dispose, so you can just throw them away after opening your box.

Shipping & Order Status
- How long does it take to receive my order?
- We usually ship our same day if your order it before 2 pm. Pacific Time. Or else the next business day. Once it ships, it will take between 2-7 business days depending on where you live. You can track your package by going to UPS or USPS.
- Where do you ship from?
- We ship from Downey, CA. United Sates.
- Do you ship to Alaska Or Hawaii?
- All shipping is not Qualified free shipping and can take 5-10 business day for arrival to these locations.
- There are missing parts on my shipment. What do I do?
- Please contact our company by calling us at 800-787-9112 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a replacement part.
- How do I cancel my order?
- Please contact us at 800-787-9112 immediately. Once your order has been shipped you can’t cancel your order. But, you can return your order back to us to get your refund. (Please note that we don’t cover shipping cost for returns. As a courtesy, we’ve paid the remaining postage due. As a reminder, shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.)
- What is your return policy?
- Items returned within 30 days of original purchase are eligible for refunds. Items must be in the original packaging conditions. Product must not be damaged. Customer need to contact us before returning your product to get a RMA #. We will not accept returns without RMA #.
- What happens if I received my product damaged?
- You should contact us and send a picture of the damaged item via email@example.com your order number.
