Return policy of Apollo Hardware

At info@apollohardwaresales.com , we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of original purchase date. shipping cost is not refundable.

Refunds and exchanges:

An original receipt from info@apollohardwaresales.com is required for all returns of non-defective & defective items. returns and exchanges of non-defective items must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. all exchanges must be for equal or higher value only. all sales are final for apollohardwaresales.com items purchased after 30 days. no refunds will be given after the 30 days.

all product returns must be authorized in advance with the insurance of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. to request a RMA number, please call us at 1(800) 787-9112, or via e-mail at info@apollohardwaresales.com with an explanation for the return. without an RMA number, the returned product(s) may result in a 20% restocking fee charge. all product returns must be received by SLP innovation, Inc. within 15 days from the RMA issue date, with the RMA number clearly written on the exterior of the shipping package or boxes. the RMA number will expire after the 15 days. all returns received after the 15 days will be charged with a 20% restocking fee. if an extension is needed, please contact us. customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges; including returns and exchanges.

the customer is required to contact our customer service department. our customer service representatives must confirm your request prior to returning.

*All returned items must be in new and resalable condition. returned items will be inspected and should not have any marks, stains, or any damage that would prevent that item from being resold.

*Any returns due to an incorrect shipping address, missing apartment/house number or any incorrect shipping information will result in an automatic 20% restocking fee. if the request to change the order shipping address is received and confirmed before the order has been shipped, the customer will not be charged for 20% restocking fee.

*If the customer desires to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped, the customer will have to pay a shipping interception fee of $18.

*If the package is sent back due to the customer’s availability, the customer will have to pay a failed delivery fee of $12.50. signature may be required based upon the delivery address.

Cancellation order

*For any return or cancellation, the customer is responsible for notifying apollohardwaresales.com. orders returned or cancelled due to ordering the incorrect color, size, model or any reason at the fault of the customer will result in an automatic 20% restocking fee. if the request to cancel an order is received and confirmed by customer service representative prior to the order being shipped, the customer will not be charged for any cancellation fees.

*If the order has been processed and shipped out, shipping charges are non-refundable. the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. customers will need to request a return mailing authorization (RMA) number.

Refused shipment

All refused shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and/or a failed delivery fee of $12.50. No exceptions!!!

Defective products

Defective items are replaceable within 60 days from the original purchase date.
If there are any discrepancies, defects, or damages to our product(s), the customer will first, need to provide photographs of the damaged or defective area. The photographs, then, can be sent toinfo@apollohardwaresales.com with a detailed explanation of the situation. Once the photographs are reviewed, Apollo Hardware will take the necessary and corrective procedure to ensure that the item(s) are properly replaced.
*The Replacement does not apply to products purchased from third party companies or in cases of misuse or abusive use.
