Shipping Policy



All products are shipped to your door via ups within the 48 contiguous united states. you will receive an email with an order confirmation soon after placing your order. if any error is found please contact us by email, or by telephone, 1(800) 787-9112.

ups is our preferred carrier. shipping fees are calculated based on weight, value of the item (for insurance purposes) and the destination. some order may be shipped in multiple parcel. if we ship in multiple parcels there is no additional fees to your order.

Please note:
PO box addresses are not eligible for UPS shipping. an additional charge may be required if you would like your items shipped to a PO box. any package(s) addressed to the PO box may be delayed and will not be covered by any ups warranty.

Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are excluded from free shipping.

Free shipping is only for orders over *$149 shipping within the 48 contiguous united states.

General Shipping Schedule

Average processing time for order is 1-3 business days, 2-4 business days during the holiday(s).

Normal lead time for replacement part is 2-3 business days.

While cannot guarantee same day shipment for all orders, we will put forth our best effort to ship all processing orders the same business day if the above conditions are met.

High Volume Order Payment Policy

If your order exceeds $1000 you will be required to complete either a credit card application form or a w-9 form before we can process your order. this is a precaution for your own security and to verify the transaction.

         a credit card application form is required for personal orders that exceed $799.

o    the name on the credit card form must match the name of the credit card holder.

o    the billing address must match the address on the credit card form.

         a w-9 form is required if the purchase is made using a business credit card account and exceeds $799.

o    the company’s name on the w-9 form must match the credit card provided and/or the business address must match the billing address.

We have the right to refuse or cancel the order if customer does not meet the policy requirements for orders exceeding $799.
